- Post Graduate Diploma in Health Service Management, Massey University
- Certificate in Adult Teaching, Massey University
- Comprehensive Nursing Course, Christchurch Polytechnic

- Day to day management of all services and staff
- Quality improvement for continued patient satisfaction
- Business development including contract, financial and performance management.
- Strategic planning
- Human resource development and recruitment
- Marketing and public relations
- Past board member of the Hawke’s Bay Primary Health Organisation.
Arch Buntain
Contract Accountant
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (UK & NZ)
- B.Sc, MBA.
Key Tasks
Arch has been part of the team since its inception and looks after the Financial and Management accounting systems.
Administration Support Team
Four staff confidently provide effective support to Hayley, ensuring the Centre’s administration runs like clockwork.
