Occupational health nurses deliver nursing care, management, advice on health promotion, health maintenance, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
The unit services all industries – including manufacturing, food
processing, wool scouring, contracting, freight along with office based
occupations like accounting and law.

Who manages the clinic?
Barbara
Haywood has over 15 years experience in occupational health and
rehabilitation. Barbara has the following qualifications, RN, MN,
MCNA (NZ), Dip.Occ.Health Practice, Dip.Rehabilitation. She conducts
liaison between your treatment provider and workplace.
Frith
Gray sees people with acute or chronic ear problems in the workplace.
Frith has the following qualifications RN, B.N Occupational Health
Nurse and Ear Nurse Specialist.
She works closely with the General Practitioners, audiologists and hearing therapists.
