Just three years after our opening, our vision was ratified by the Hastings City Business Awards.

The Hastings Health Centre won the “Best Professional Business” category against strong competition from long established legal, banking and accountancy firms. 

To cap off a great night, we were awarded overall “Business of the Year 2005.”

The Hastings Health Centre is not your average General Practice.  Chairman, Michael Hewitt attributes the escalating success to our staff and to the simple flat management structure.  “All staff have exceptional communication skills and flexibility. 

General manager, Hayley Anderson comments about the award process, “Anonymous judges visited our services and critiqued customer service. They also gained patient feedback.  Following this, they tested our systems and protocols in two separate processes, an interview with myself and an hour with Rowena, our key receptionist.  We are proud of our warm, friendly service backed by stringent quality management systems.”
