Otherwise, you can collect one from reception at HHC.


By registering with us you gain automatic access to our quality healthcare and medical services as well as your own family doctor within one of our GP Suites at 303 St Aubyn Street Hastings or 26 Middle Road Havelock North.


The Hastings Health Centre is home to a large team of family doctors, nurses, allied health staff and 34,000 enrolled patients, making us the largest family health care provider in New Zealand.

We aim to deliver the best general practice by providing high quality, innovative healthcare approaches which are patient centered, culturally acceptable and holistic.

We take pride in fostering close relationships between patients, carers, multidisciplinary teams as well as other providers and funders.


We also provide an Urgent Care service seven days a week 8am to 8pm including public holidays, which means you and your family have the assurance of complete health care when required.

Please note: You will be required to provide a form of photo id (plus visa information if you are in New Zealand on a visa for 2 years or more) with your enrolment so please bring either your passport or driver license with you.
